For live music fans, there has simply never been another decade like the 1970's. Despite the success of Disco, what we now call "classic rock" truly became the trademark sound of the 70’s. The raw power and emotion of stadium rockers such as AC/DC, Led Zeppelin, Foreigner, Kansas, Van Halen, Ted Nugent, Queen, Thin Lizzy, Rod Stewart, Styx, Peter Frampton & Lynyrd Skynyrd set a standard of musical greatness that live bands are STILL trying to achieve today!
So, 35 years later, how can you relive the magic of the golden age of guitar rock?
Enter VINTAGE.
What was old has been made new again, as VINTAGE breathes new life into a time where bellbottoms, blacklights, platform shoes and lava lamps were the norm! VINTAGE has only one goal for their live performances... to make it appear as if a band from the 1970's literally dropped down onto a stage in 2010! Not satisfied with merely performing these tunes note for note, VINTAGE has taken it to a completely new level. With the help of their long hair, vintage clothes, retro instruments and stage props, they make you feel like you are actually there. Add the wailing guitars, bangin' drums and spot-on vocals and it is simply as close to the real thing as you can possibly get!
Each of the five members of VINTAGE have extensive stage experience, making them a perfect band for bars, festivals, retro 70's theme nights, high school reunions and more! If you're looking for a band who really understands how to rock you like they did back in '77... look no further!
